$1 Million Reduction in Auto Insurance Benefits for those Most Seriously Injured
In 2016, there were major changes to how those with the most serious of injuries, those who have been catastrophically impaired, are treated under the no-fault accident benefits system in Ontario. All of these changes resulted in benefits being revoked, making recovery for accident victims more difficult.
